Recently, we attended the event “NAU & BRAVE1 – University in the Defense Innovation Ecosystem”, which was held by the BRAVE1 Defense Technology Cluster at the National Aviation University. Students, university administration and Mil-Tec business representatives discussed the topic “Ukrainian defense innovation ecosystem: development, stakeholders, verticals, trends”.Yaroslav Filimonov, director and co-owner of Kvertus, joined the panel discussion at .

During the conversation, Yaroslav noted that people are our main capital, because they bring results and develop the company with their hands and brains. He also emphasized: “The market needs professionals who can produce new ideas. And we will nurture and develop them.” So Kvertus provides an opportunity to develop talents, and it’s never too late to become an engineer, the main thing is to have a desire.

For us, it was a good opportunity to communicate with students, present catalogs of our own developments and publicly emphasize the importance of engaging qualified young professionals in defense innovation.
