Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the “Policy”) defines the procedure for collecting, using, storing and protecting the personal data of users of the “KVERTUS” website located at https://kvertus.ua (hereinafter — the “Website”).

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Policy has been developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

If the User does not agree with the terms of the Policy, they must refrain from using the Website.

• Other data voluntarily provided by the User when placing an order.

• request rectification or deletion of their personal data
• withdraw consent to personal data processing
• apply to authorized bodies for the protection of rights in case of violations

The Website may use cookies to store user settings, collect statistics, and improve the resource’s performance.

The User may disable cookies in their browser settings.

8. CHANGES TO THE POLICY

The Owner of the Website holds the right to make changes to this Policy.

The updated version of the Policy will be published on the Website.
