Kvertus warranty repair provides official service support for equipment in line with warranty terms. We perform diagnostics and eliminate manufacturing defects upon presentation of a valid warranty card.

Warranty service conditions
Warranty repair is provided upon presentation of a fully completed warranty card;
Delivery of equipment to the service center is arranged by the client independently or at the client’s expense, unless otherwise stipulated by written agreements;
The warranty does not cover consumables and parts subject to wear during operation.
Cases where the warranty does not apply:
Mismatch between the equipment serial number and the data in the warranty card or written agreements;
Mechanical damage caused by violation of transportation, storage or operating rules;
Violation of operating conditions identified during diagnostics or repair;
Damage to or absence of control labels and seals;
Presence of foreign objects inside the housing, where not provided for by documentation;
Damage caused by third parties or force majeure;
Installation and commissioning by non‑certified personnel in cases where certification is required;
Equipment may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
