Kvertus provides free technical support for all customers: consultations, basic diagnostics and rapid assistance during operation of the equipment. We support you at all stages of the lifecycle to ensure stable system performance and maximum combat effectiveness without additional cost.
GENERAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Kvertus Service provides support for “white‑noise” jamming systems and general questions on equipment operation. We advise, assist with basic configuration and coordinate service requests.
KVERTUS MS AZIMUTH Technical Support
MS AZIMUTH service covers maintenance of the passive SIGINT system. We ensure correct system performance, support for signal detection and analysis, and on‑mission assistance under field conditions.
LTEJ MIRAGE Technical Support
LTEJ MIRAGE service provides support for the Electronic Warfare system. We assist with the configuration and operational employment of the system for effective UAV jamming and provide rapid support during missions.
Other services
We perform warranty repairs and handle repairs of any complexity for out‑of‑warranty cases. The customer pays only for spare parts if the repair is out of warranty.
