Public Offer
This Agreement is a public offer of Limited Liability Company “KVERTUS” (hereinafter – the “Seller”) and defines the terms and conditions for submitting requests for the purchase of goods via the website https://kvertus.ua (hereinafter – the “Website”).
Acceptance of this offer (acceptance) is effected when the User clicks the “Order” or “Request Consultation” button on the Website, which confirms agreement with all the terms of this Agreement.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The Seller is the owner of the Website and sells goods on the basis of prior requests submitted via the form on the Website.
1.2. The Website is not an e‑commerce platform in the classical sense — purchase and sale operations are carried out exclusively after an additional agreement of terms, quantities, delivery times and price.
1.3. Submitting a request via the Website is not a direct act of purchase and only confirms the User’s intent to receive a commercial offer or consultation.
2. PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT
Seller: LLC “KVERTUS”
Buyer: any legally capable natural or legal person who submits a request via the Website with the intent to conclude a purchase agreement.
3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
3.1. The Seller accepts and processes requests submitted via the Website for the purpose of subsequently providing information on goods, technical specifications, delivery terms and price.
3.2. Final execution of the purchase agreement takes place outside the Website by concluding a separate written or electronic contract between the Parties.
4. PROCEDURE FOR SUBMITTING A REQUEST
4.1. The Buyer selects a product on the Website and clicks the “Order” or “Request Consultation” button.
4.2. After completing the form, a representative of the Seller contacts the Buyer to clarify the details.
4.3. Submitting a request does not oblige the Buyer to purchase, nor does it oblige the Seller to supply goods without prior communication and agreement of terms.
5. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
5.1. Payment for goods is not made via the Website.
5.2. All terms regarding price, method of payment and delivery are agreed between the Parties on an individual basis after order confirmation.
6. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The Seller provides accurate information about the goods presented on the Website.
6.2. The Seller is not liable for any decisions made by the Buyer on the basis of preliminary information on the Website without consultation.
6.3. The Buyer undertakes to provide accurate contact details when submitting a request.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY
7.1. Data provided by the Buyer via the Website is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Website.
7.2. Submitting a request constitutes consent to personal data processing in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
8. CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT
8.1. The Seller has the right to amend the terms of this Agreement without prior notice.
8.2. The current version is always available on the Website.
